Bryan Sinclair received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1989 and his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law in 1993. Bryan is an LLM candidate at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and will complete his LLM in the spring of 2023.Bryan is the Sr. Director of IP Litigation at Cisco Systems where he oversees the management of all of Cisco’s intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as foreign jurisdictions. Bryan also serves as an adjunct faculty member at St. Thomas University College of Law. Bryan has significant exposure to akathisia’s devastating impact as his very close friend suffered from the syndrome as a result of taking physician prescribed psychiatric medication.  He is participating on the Advisory Board of the Akathisia Institute to assist in further developing educational information around, and fostering awareness and prevention of this crippling medication adverse effect.
